Our site visit is the first and most important step in developing a successful landscaping project. It allows our team to understand the site, establish the client's requirements, identify opportunities and challenges, and develop practical recommendations before design and implementation.

Scope of the Site Visit
- Assessment of soil type, topography and drainage conditions.
- Evaluation of existing vegetation, sunlight exposure and shade patterns.
- Site measurements and photographic documentation.
- Identification of potential challenges and opportunities.
- Discussion of the client's vision, functional needs and design preferences.
- Preliminary design and implementation recommendations.
Important Note
Consultancy and site visit fees are deductible from the total project cost where Eleven Scapes is appointed to undertake the design and implementation works, subject to project scope and agreement.
For larger, specialised or complex projects, final fees may be adjusted according to project scale, location, scope and logistical requirements.
